Ursula Staudinger to moderate "The Wisdom of Centenarians" - A conversation at NYU's Deutsches Haus

On Friday, October 4, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Columbia Aging Center faculty member Ursula Staudinger, PhD, will moderate "The Wisdom of Centenarians" with the authors of "How to Live Smartly, Joyfully, Healthily, Exhuberantly, Happily – and very Long" Klaus Brinkbäumer and Samiha Shafy. The discussion will revolve around the age‐old question of how to achieve a long, healthy and happy life and highlight the lived experience and advice of the centenarians that the authors met all over the world.
